What an incredible night! Our first 100 Plates to Feed the Hungry event was an incredible success — reaching 75% of our Goal!
Guests were treated to a complimentary wine bar, sponsored and provided by Chesapeake Manor Vineyard and Exit 10. A crush bar was sponsored by The Winery. An oyster bar provided by Harris Crab House was overwhelmingly popular, and a delightful assortment of hors d’oeuvres was provided by Chesapeake Chef Service, Jimmy's Fat Rolls, El Jefe, and Queenstown Pizzeria.
As the culinary journey continued, guests savored a crafted menu provided by local restaurants, including Big Bats, Knoxie's Table, Prospect Bay, Rams Head Shore House.
The atmosphere was further enhanced with music by DJ Eddie Hitt, a silent auction, and a blind wine pull, provided by Bakers Liquors, Friendly's, Kent Towne Liquors, L&L Liquors, Love Point Deli, and Winchester Liquors.
As the night progressed, the sweet temptations arrived. Guests indulged in an array of gourmet cupcakes and cookies, provided by Capriotti's and Laura Cannon.
This unforgettable night would not have been possible without the incredible generosity of our sponsors and supporters! We extend our deepest gratitude to our major event sponsors, including Modera Wealth, PNC Bank, Waterman Realty, The Jacob Sloan Foundation, What’s Up Media, Coldwell Bankers - Dee Dee McCracken, VFW Post 7494, CSSI, Increte, Hometown Heating and Cooling, and The American Legion.
The event raised crucial funds to provide essential services and support to those in need within our community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone - We can’t wait to see you again next year!
