Haven Ministries – January 2026 Haven Ministries’ Homes of Hope program addresses a growing gap in the local housing landscape by providing stable, affordable housing for people who are working to regain long- term independence. Homes of Hope is built on a simple, proven model. Residents contribute approximately 30 percent of their income toward rent while saving for the future. Participants are employed or begin working shortly after entry, and most move into independent hou

What an incredible night!  Our first 100 Plates to Feed the Hungry event was an incredible success — reaching 75% of our Goal!  Guests were treated to a complimentary wine bar, sponsored and provided by Chesapeake Manor Vineyard and Exit 10. A crush bar was sponsored by The Winery.  An oyster bar provided by Harris Crab House was overwhelmingly popular, and a delightful assortment of hors d’oeuvres was provided by Chesapeake Chef Service, Jimmy's Fat Rolls, El Jefe, and Queen
